Position management

Position Management provides tools to manage roles across the organisation. This includes setting occupancy and "right to return" rules, defining position types for planning, and determining if positions can be shared. It also supports managing capacity rules and  inheritance settings, helping to reduce data management as employees transition in and out of positions.

Employee data management

The Employee Personal Event feature allows employees to update their personal and employment-related information through a guided process. This ensures accurate data is maintained for payroll and compliance purposes.

Managers can also access services to manage employment conditions and salary changes which cover updates to terms of employment, salaries, allowances, or working hours, typically requiring an addendum to the employment contract.

Employee deployment
