As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge HR solutions based on the SuccessFactors suite. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic team, working alongside business stakeholders and technical experts to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design comprehensive, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet their needs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software developer lifecycle. This involves setting architectural standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Design and oversee the integration of various systems, applications, and components within the solution architecture.
Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documents, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.
Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Conduct performance analysis and optimization activities to identify and resolve bottlenecks, scalability issues, and performance challenges within the solution.
Collaborate with other architects, developers, and technical teams to foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, including application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
Indepth knowledge and hands on experience with the SuccessFactors suite, including modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Talent Management, and Compensation. Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration capabilities, data models, and configuration options.
Proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors modules, setting up workflows, defining business rules, and customizing the system to meet specific business requirements.
Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other HR systems (such as payroll, time and attendance, or recruitment systems) using integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms.
Ability to analyze business requirements, design scalable and efficient SuccessFactors solutions, and create solution blueprints and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, HR teams, and technical resources.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes, propose solutions, and troubleshoot issues in SuccessFactors configurations, integrations, or customizations.
