We are currently seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Canberra. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. Your proficiency will significantly contribute to the success of our clients' HR initiatives, facilitating process streamlining, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering business growth. You will be responsible for adhering tight security measures, adhering to data protection regulations and best practices.
Job responsibilities
Gather client requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with their HR processes.
Implement and configure various modules, including Employee Central, Performance &Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession & Development.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
Develop and deliver end-user training and support documentation.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Skills
Must be Baseline / NV1 Certification Holder
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite and its various modules
Certification in any SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development is an advantage
Familiarity with data protection regulation and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
