Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives utilizing SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Lead a team of talented HR professionals in implementing SuccessFactors modules related to talent management, such as performance management, succession planning, and learning management, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align talent practices accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in talent management.
  • Conduct needs assessments, design solutions, and implement Talent Management programs to drive employee engagement and career development.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders, managers, and employees on talent management practices and tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase understanding and utilization of talent management tools and practices.


  • Extensive experience in talent management and implementing SuccessFactors solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent modules (performance management, succession planning, learning management, etc.).
  • Proven track record of leading successful Talent Management initiatives and driving employee engagement and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
