SAP SucecssFactors Solution Implementation Consultant responsible for the definition, build and testing of Client SuccessFactors solutions

Job responsibilities

  • Definition of customer process scope
  • Facilitation of process discussions and definition of client to be processes
  • Configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Testing of client solutions against defined business' processes
  • Providing train the trainer sessions to utilise the solution
  • Deployment and Coordinate communication, meetings and presentations with the client.    hypercare post go live support

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution expertise
  • Microsoft Teams, Power Point, Word and Excel
  • Business Process Definition Solutions such as Visio
  • Solution Testing execution tools

Experience

  • SuccessFactors Solution Implementation experience
