Job responsibilities
- Definition of customer process scope
- Facilitation of process discussions and definition of client to be processes
- Configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Testing of client solutions against defined business' processes
- Providing train the trainer sessions to utilise the solution
- Deployment and Coordinate communication, meetings and presentations with the client. hypercare post go live support

- SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution expertise
- Microsoft Teams, Power Point, Word and Excel
- Business Process Definition Solutions such as Visio
- Solution Testing execution tools
