We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP Payroll Director to oversee and manage our payroll operations using SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll implementation, ensuring that the work is in compliance with payroll laws and regulations, and effective management of payroll-related activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the SAP SuccessFactors payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and ensure payroll system configurations meet the organization's needs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including payroll service providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the payroll budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in payroll management, technology, and compliance, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance payroll operations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the payroll team, promoting teamwork, professional development, and a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in senior management meetings and contribute expertise and insights on payroll-related matters.

Skills

  • Relevant Certifications in SAP Payroll or Human CapitalManagement are highly desirable.
  • Extensive years of experience in payroll management with exposure in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll modules and related technologies, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Thorough understanding of payroll processes, law, regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a payroll team to provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to team members.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
