Job description

_{SAP ABAP Consultant takes responsibility for the development, customization, optimization of SAP applications using the ABAP Programming language}

^{Job responsibilities}

• Design and implement custom functionalities, reports, and interfaces to meet business requirements.
• Own quality of solution design
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Working with the Delivery Lead to  build the capability to service  the demand
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in SAP applications, providing timely resolutions.

‍^Skills

• Extensive experience in ABAP programming language, including understanding data structures, control statements, loops,and object oriented programming (OOP) concepts
• Knowledge and Experience in Web Dynpros, Adobe forms, HR Forms, Workflow design and programming.
• Good ABAP skills in Data Dictionary, Dialog programming, ALV reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADI, User Exits, Open SQL, Performance tuning etc

^Experience

• Good ABAP skills in Data Dictionary, Dialog programming, ALV reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADI, User Exits, Open SQL, Performance tuning etc
• Knowledge and experience in developing Enhancements, Functions, Operations, Features etc in HCM
• Knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors would be desirable
