Your expertise in BTP, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to shape the strategic direction of the practice, build a high-performing team, and drive business growth through innovative technology solutions.

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the BTP practice, aligning it with organizational goals and market trends.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the BTP team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing technology solutions that align with their needs. 
• Collaborate with clients to identify BTP requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery within agreed-upon parameters.
• Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring their professional growth and enabling them to deliver exceptional results.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous results.
• Maintain a deep understanding of BTP technologies, industry trends, and emerging solutions.
• Provide guidance and thought leadership on BTP solutions, helping clients leverage technology to drive business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative BTP solutions and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge technology platforms.

‍^Skills

• Extensive experience with the BTP or technology consulting domain
• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, including cloud infrastructure (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud services (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS)
• Understanding of data integration methodologies including Extract, Transform, Load, and real time data integration.
• Knowledge of modern application development frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in integration technologies and platforms is advantageous.
• Strong Leadership skills to guide and inspire the BTP team, having the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members for fostering a high-performance culture.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, mitigate risks, and deliver successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
